EULA - End User License Agreement

1.Present license agreement ("License") is completed between you, a user, and Lite Soft Ltd, the holder of exceptional rights for the program ("Rightholder"). License stipulates the terms of usage for the program product ViTerminal XP.
2. The product ViTerminal XP Demo is a freeware and is a demo version of full-function product ViTerminal XP, which is a commercial product. The main product restriction: 30 client connections to 3 servers for 30 calendar days from the day of demo-key order.
3. The product ViTerminal XP Home is a freeware for home and non-commercial use. If you press the button "Agree" during installation process, you confirm that you will not use the server with this license in any commercial organization. If you do not agree, do not use the product . The main product restriction: 2 client connections to one server for 364 calendar days from the day of demo-key order. After demo period expiration you can order another demo license.
4. The exclusive proprietory copyright for the product and documentation in printed and/or electronic form belongs to Rightholder - Lite Soft Ltd. If all terms and conditions of the present agreement are observed, rightholder gives you the following rights :
4.1. Installation and use. It is allowed to install and use, i.е.start and access a program copy on the computer which can be a workstation, a terminal or another device ("Computer"). You are allowed to install license manager on only one computer, other program components can be installed on all computers. You can set up a connection only between two computers at one time, but the number of servers using active connections shouldnt exceed the number of servers certified by the license, and the overall number of active client connections shouldnt exceed the number of servers certified by the license. It is not allowed to install one license key on several license servers.
4.2. Storage and network usage. You are also allowed to store or install a program copy on a data storage device (for example, on a network server) designed and used only for installation and work with the product on other computers connected via local or distributed network.
5. It is allowed to move the product to another workstation, give to a third party, copy to any data storage device if present terms are observed. No private person or organization can take charge for product distribution without Rightholders written permission.
6. It is allowed to make references to the product and its Rightholder for commercial and non-commercial purposes, to use graphical images and screenshots only with reference to the Rightholders contact data and references to the product official website endash cf1ul www.viterminal.rucf0ulnone . If you post the information on the Internet , the link must be active.
7. IT IS FORBIDDEN to crack the technology, emulate, create new versions, change, decompile, disassemble or study in another way the program code. Distribution and usage of program software, modifying (changing) of product source program code (except official updates issued by Rightholder) entails liability according to current international legislation.
8. The present product is provided on an "as is" basis with all possible defects provided that present agreement doesnt imply obligations for a definite purpose, accurateness or fullness of answers to work results, guarantees of high qualification, absence of viruses, absence of negligence during product manufacturing as well as providing technical support for it.
9.Rightholder will do everything possiblе to make the product work most effectively, although Rightholder does not guarantee full stabililty and is not responsible for it. The use of the product for commercial purposes is the users own risk, Lite Soft Ltd. is not responsible for any profit loss or any other damage resulting from program use. Before purchasing test a product demo-version in action on your own equipment and make a decision whether it is possible for you to use the product.
10. The product is protected by International Copyright Convention. The violation of product copyright entails in administrative, civil or criminal liability according to international legislation.
